Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the project team in developing estimates and schedules/timelines under guidance.

• Track and modify plans as needed, keeping stakeholders informed of any changes or risks.

• Implement established workflows and best practices across both digital and traditional methods to meet project objectives on schedule.

• Ensure that client expectations are fulfilled during the delivery phase.

• Manage the specifics of individual projects with oversight across various functional teams, including creative, digital, media, technology, etc.

• Aid the project team in collaborating with external vendors throughout the project lifecycle, covering web, translation, and print production processes.

• Support the project team with follow-ups, documentation, and tracking the completion of tasks.

• Develop proficiency in Work Management System (WMS)/project management software to execute project tasks effectively.

• Monitor and communicate the progress of the project while maintaining client expectations.

• Start to identify project-related risks with guidance and mentoring from Delivery leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of and/or eagerness to learn and understand Project Management principles.

• 1-2 years of experience or relevant exposure through internships will also be considered in Project Management or client service-oriented positions managing projects in marketing, communications, advertising, or related sectors.

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or similar regulated environments is a plus; e.g., research, clinical trials, commercial, or operational roles.

• Strong attention to detail is essential.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Highly collaborative with a focus on solutions.
