This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee collaboration among Marketing, Seller Operations, and Creative teams.
• Monitor deliverables, deadlines, and project milestones to ensure on-time completion.
• Proactively follow up on pending tasks and escalate any obstacles when needed.
• Maintain transparent communication across departments and ensure alignment on priorities.
• Assist leadership by identifying potential risks and facilitating project progression.
• Manage internal projects, process enhancements, tool implementations, and operational initiatives.
• Develop project plans, assign responsibilities, track progress, and drive projects to completion.
• Organize internal meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Support product launches and cross-functional initiatives from the planning stage to execution.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and internal knowledge resources.
• Transform meeting notes and recorded training sessions into actionable documentation.
• Assist with onboarding processes and operational improvements.
• Research tools, vendors, and solutions, providing recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain and enhance project management systems, including ClickUp.
• Develop dashboards, workflows, automations, and reporting frameworks.
• Ensure project data is accurate and kept up to date.
• Advocate for the adoption of project management best practices across teams.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations.
• At least 1 year of experience with Amazon, ideally 2+ years.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Advertising concepts.
• Previous experience in an agency, consultancy, e-commerce company, or other fast-paced service environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management tools.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Conversational proficiency in English.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Confident demeanor with the ability to hold team members accountable, regardless of their seniority.
• Salary: Approximately $2,000 USD per month
• Fully remote position.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time.
• 20 days of paid time off each year for vacation, holidays, and sick days.
• Independent contractor position.
