This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a reliable partner for the Evidence Solutions division by overseeing all aspects of contract operations and ensuring effective project coordination.
• Prepare and assist in the revision of all contracts and amendments for clients, vendors, and subcontractors using established templates.
• Leverage Precision’s legal platform to monitor and progress all documentation throughout the contracting procedure.
• Aid in the tracking of essential terms and conditions within client Master Service Agreements (MSA), collaborating with the legal team.
• Follow up on purchase orders with clients as required.
• Organize and archive all relevant documents, including signed Statements of Work (SOWs), purchase orders, and invoices, for the business.
• Support the Project Manager by ensuring data is captured accurately and in a timely manner during project setup.
• Act as the main liaison between the finance and project teams to facilitate client invoicing.
• Oversee the setup and updates of client portals.
• Provide additional ad hoc assistance as necessary.
• 1-2 years of experience in project administration operations, with familiarity in Statements of Work and Master Service Agreements.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent follow-up capabilities.
• Knowledge of HEOR and/or Market Access and Pricing Strategy in the context of healthcare consulting is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in a technical, business, or operational discipline.
