This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate project proposals, ensuring compliance with contract stipulations, and manage the issuance and tracking of project amendment documentation.
• Provide technical support that includes project scheduling and planning, earned value management, budget assessments/cost analysis, and analyzing the impacts of scope changes.
• Collaborate across departments with Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, and other internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with set project timelines and governance.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize tasks across various projects.
• Inform project managers and stakeholders of any issues, challenges, or additional information, while offering recommended solutions.
• Monitor and assess project timelines and activities, providing progress reports to project managers and leadership.
• Keep current on product and program knowledge and assist in developing and maintaining project methodologies.
• Facilitate training for the final customer solution in conjunction with our Training & Enablement team.
• Identify and propose opportunities to enhance processes, templates, and tools to scale project management and implementation practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years of experience as a project coordinator within a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with project management best practices, methodologies, and deliverables, including proficiency in using Project Management tools for tracking, assigning, and managing tasks.
• Understanding of SaaS implementation, configuration, integration, and migration methods.
• Knowledge in data collection, validation, and preparation techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and assignments effectively.
• Experience with business and productivity tools such as presentation, document, spreadsheet, project, and task management software.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in hospitality and understanding of hotel systems (PMS, POS, Accounting, etc.).
• Proficient in using Agile Project Management tools for task tracking, assignment, and management.
