• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of renovation projects.
• Coordinate with trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee project timelines and proactively identify potential delays or risks.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and trades to facilitate daily operations.
• Organize materials, deliveries, and site access needs effectively.
• Ensure that work progresses in accordance with plans and specifications.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize communication platforms to enhance internal collaboration through calls and messaging.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, timelines, and any changes.
• Assist in resolving issues and managing stakeholder expectations in a professional manner.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including quotes and contracts.
• Monitor budgets, invoices, and variations in project scope.
• Ensure adherence to permits, approvals, and safety regulations.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination.
• Certification in Project Coordination is preferred.
• Experience in the construction and/or renovation industry is highly beneficial.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Buildxact or similar project management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in phone interactions.
• Proactive problem-solver with a “get it done” mentality.
• Ability to think critically and pose insightful questions.
• Strong skills in stakeholder coordination and relationship management.
