This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Provide administrative and coordination assistance to Senior Project Managers.
• Aid in keeping project plans, task lists, and additional trackers as well as documentation current.
• Assist in organizing materials pertinent to project readiness, communications, or training.
• Support project meetings by preparing agendas and following up on action items.
• Help disseminate project updates and manage shared project documents.
• Ensure information is well-organized and easily accessible for team members.
• Utilize standard project tools and templates to monitor progress and maintain documentation.
• Adhere to established project processes and methodologies.
• Acquire knowledge of project management fundamentals through hands-on support and mentorship from Senior Project Managers.
• Collaborate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and partners.
• Exhibit attention to detail, dependability, and a strong eagerness to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven critical thinking skills, adaptability, and a desire to learn.
• Capable of working efficiently in cross-functional, time-sensitive settings.
