Project Controls Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of cost, schedule, and risk reporting for a portfolio of simultaneous projects.

• Integrate project-level control data from embedded Project Controls Leads into a unified regional perspective.

• Ensure consistent governance of baselines and change control across the projects within your portfolio.

• Conduct portfolio-level risk assessments and drive mitigation strategies across projects.

• Mentor and enhance the skills of embedded Project Controls Leads in cost management, planning, and reporting practices.

• Analyze contractor schedules and cost submissions within your portfolio.

• Generate clear, actionable reports for regional and executive leadership.

• Implement and uphold fleet-wide control standards and systems across all projects.

• Assist new projects entering your portfolio with baseline setup and control mobilization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in project controls for data centers or major capital projects is crucial, including familiarity with both cost and schedule disciplines.

• Proven history of managing controls across several concurrent projects, rather than just a single location.

• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and enterprise cost management systems.

• Experience in consolidating project-level data into portfolio-level reporting is essential.

• A background in coaching or developing junior controls personnel.

• Excellent analytical skills coupled with the ability to provide clear and confident reports to senior stakeholders.

• Openness to travel across the projects within your portfolio.
