Project Area Superintendent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement OSHA and Beck safety protocols and procedures.

• Provide support during Safety and Subcontractor meetings.

• Aid in the formulation of the Zero Accident initiative and Excavation Methods of Procedure plan.

• Assist in establishing and executing Beck Quality Control Standards.

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a site logistics plan.

• Coordinate, communicate, and schedule the installation of underground utilities in accordance with Beck's XMOP policy.

• Comprehend and aid in the creation of a site-specific conflict matrix.

• Possess an understanding of basic project financial data (monthly cost projections, labor cost reports, etc.).

• Review and comprehend subcontractor contracts and scopes of work outlined in exhibit B.

• Analyze, understand, and adhere to project specifications.

• Oversee, train, and organize daily work activities for hourly labor.

• Monitor and report hourly labor time using Cmic/workday.

• Capable of performing material take-offs from contract documents or in-field assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of field coordination or relevant experience in commercial construction projects AND: A college degree in a relevant field OR relevant experience as a Field Foreman or Field Engineer with basic safety awareness, supervisory skills, and the ability to maintain daily reports will also be considered.

• Comprehensive understanding of project documentation.

• Familiarity with Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, Egnyte, CMiC, and Revit or similar construction technologies is advantageous.
