
Project and Change Lead – Finance Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead the implementation of various initiatives within the Finance transformation program.
• Develop and sustain plans, milestones, dependencies, and reporting structures.
• Ensure projects and workstreams are aligned and interconnected.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and evaluate outcomes, while proactively driving resolutions.
• Utilize suitable delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) based on the nature of the project.
• Perform change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Convert program goals into clear and actionable communications.
• Design and implement communication and engagement strategies.
• Assist and engage local stakeholders and change advocates.
• Track adoption rates, pinpoint gaps, and take action to enhance outcomes.
• Collaborate with regional finance leaders (e.g., CFOs), subject matter experts (SMEs), and operations teams.
• Deliver clear and actionable updates to program leadership.
• Oversee risks, dependencies, and escalation matters.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required (a Master’s or MBA is advantageous).
• Approximately 5 years of experience in Project Management, Transformation/Program Coordination, or Change Management with a strong focus on delivery.
• Experience in multinational, matrix organizations is preferred.
• Familiarity with finance transformation or operational change programs is a significant advantage.
