This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as the agile facilitator for the team, ensuring the effective implementation of Scrum practices while fostering ongoing process improvements;
• Track process metrics and performance indicators, suggesting enhancement actions to boost team productivity;
• Assist developers in clarifying technical requirements and resolving obstacles;
• Aid the Product Owner (PO) with the prioritization and refinement of the backlog;
• Help articulate and detail backlog items, ensuring they are adequately clear for the development team;
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives;
• Collaborate with the PO and developers to establish and monitor business metrics and value delivery;
• Support initiatives and enhancements in the software development process;
• Encourage integration and alignment among various teams and areas involved in solution development;
• Identify and address project impediments, dependencies, and risks;
• Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, the technical team, and business units.
• Significant experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Analyst within agile environments;
• Practical experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban;
• Experience in monitoring process metrics and business performance indicators;
• Understanding of backlog management and refinement processes;
• Proven experience in facilitating agile ceremonies and managing impediments;
• Ability to engage effectively across technical and business domains;
• Analytical and collaborative mindset with excellent communication abilities;
• Familiarity with software development processes;
• Knowledge of agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms;
• Scrum Master certification preferred (CSM, PSM, or equivalent);
• Completed Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
