Project Analyst – Accounts Receivable Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main financial liaison for the company regarding assigned projects, collaborating closely with Operations and the Budgets and Contracts teams.

• Review Contracts/Work Orders and Amendments for designated projects, pinpointing all contractual financial terms and conditions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

• Utilize data analysis to enhance performance and detect possible budgetary concerns.

• Conduct Financial Quality Control of study visits within the RT system to verify the accuracy of revenue billed to clients.

• Assess study visits, ensuring that RealTime aligns with the Sponsor/CRO Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system.

• Confirm that all billable items (e.g., non-visit revenue) are invoiced separately to the Sponsor/CRO and maintain documentation for all billable items.

• Compare current RT revenue with previously recorded revenue to identify any unrecognized revenue, informing the Director of Revenue Cycle about all revenue adjustments.

• Prepare monthly revenue files for Accounting to integrate into its ERP system, NetSuite, categorized by study.

• Issue monthly billing statements to each Sponsor/CRO.

• Collaborate with Cash Application and Collections Specialists as required.

• Complete or assist the Director of Revenue Integrity with end-of-study/close-out audits.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of professional experience.

• Familiarity with RealTime (RealTime Link) is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables).

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Exhibits strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities, resulting in sound judgment.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills.
