This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +37 more states.
• Actively initiate outbound calls to homeowners to facilitate their project journey and identify further requirements.
• Handle incoming calls from homeowners responding to previous outreach efforts.
• Identify project needs and recommend suitable professionals accordingly.
• Discuss available services and solutions customized to the scope of homeowners' projects.
• Keep up-to-date with products, policies, and procedures.
• Engage in pilots, tests, and special projects, offering frontline feedback on tools, scripts, and processes.
• Provide temporary support for other business lines when additional capacity is needed in the Center of Excellence (COE).
• Gather homeowner feedback and insights for enhancing services and processes.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to exchange knowledge and best practices.
• Participate in Learning & Development initiatives.
• Contribute to team objectives focused on performance and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve or surpass metrics for SR conversion, matches-per-session, CSAT, and quality/accuracy.
• Utilize leadership feedback to enhance performance and customer interactions.
• Keep accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Over 1 year of experience in a call center, outbound sales, or customer service role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a quick resolution approach.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, metrics-driven setting.
• Detail-oriented with a consistent emphasis on providing high-quality customer service.
• Flexible and eager to learn new skills, tools, and processes.
• Commitment to company values and providing an outstanding homeowner experience.
• Preferred: prior experience in outbound calling or proactive outreach.
• Preferred: familiarity with call center systems and dialer software.
• Preferred: proficiency in Google Suite tools, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.
• Ability to work 5 days per week, totaling 40 hours.
• Availability for start times between 8:00 and 10:30 a.m. ET.
• Flexibility to accommodate potential weekend scheduling as business needs change.
• Must reside permanently in one of the specified eligible U.S. states.
• Must utilize all company-provided equipment, including a webcam, for team communications.
