Programmer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Create clean, scalable, and efficient code according to project specifications.

• Design and maintain software applications and systems.

• Identify and resolve issues within existing software through debugging.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, analysts, and fellow developers.

• Engage in code reviews and share best practices.

• Keep abreast of new technologies and incorporate them as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).

• Experience with database management and SQL.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Capability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

• Previous experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is advantageous.
