This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bangladesh.
• Serve as the expert and local representative regarding specific client assessment needs and oversee clients’ external risk monitoring initiatives.
• Offer guidance to suppliers, address inquiries, calibrate teams, and ensure systems and documents are kept up to date.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, vendors, and factories to guarantee the quality of service delivery and adherence to timelines.
• Engage directly with factories to execute corrective actions and resolve critical issues.
• Facilitate social compliance webinars and conduct on-site health and safety training sessions.
• Generate data reporting, analysis, and summary reports, which include program trend analysis and supply chain scorecards.
• Maintain internal guidelines, standard operating procedures, and instructions that support global supply chain client expectations and SOW obligations.
• Collect current local legal requirements concerning social compliance.
• Regularly visit client factories and prepare timely reports.
• Enhance feedback mechanisms between clients and suppliers.
• Improve overall program effectiveness to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, along with native-level proficiency in the local language.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 3 years of experience in social auditing or on-the-ground training related to ethical sourcing, labor compliance, or environmental monitoring for a brand, retailer, or service provider.
• Strong understanding of ethical sourcing, labor compliance, social compliance requirements, and local environmental regulations.
• Previous involvement with supply-chain CSR risks or minimum-wage reimbursement initiatives is advantageous.
• High degree of integrity and honesty.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks.
• Capacity to work independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information effectively.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to organize, prioritize, and execute multiple projects across stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Willingness to conduct regular factory visits, with travel comprising 50% of working time.
