This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.

• Supervise a network of contractors providing in-home energy assessments and audits for low-income clients.

• Identify potential energy efficiency and weatherization opportunities.

• Oversee the implementation of energy-saving initiatives within customer residences.

• Inform customers about energy efficiency, safety measures, and the benefits of available programs.

• Manage the collection and documentation of field data.

• Ensure accurate reporting and adherence to program and contract standards.

• Collaborate with community action agencies, trade partners, and internal teams.

• Organize visit schedules and monitor project timelines.

• Ensure that field operations comply with quality, health, and safety regulations.

• Guarantee the correct usage of testing equipment.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in the field, construction, HVAC, or energy efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Relevant certifications such as BPI or HERS are advantageous.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.

• Reliable transportation is required for travel to customer locations.

• Must meet all applicable DOT qualification standards, if relevant.

• Compliance with federal, state, and local transportation laws is necessary, if applicable.

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is based without employer sponsorship or support.
