This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance templates and project tracking tools within core systems (Asana, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Campground) to establish, refine, or modify Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and perform regular analyses of essential workstreams.
• Document processes, regulations, and resources for all LFA Program operations to boost efficiency, consistency, and program execution.
• Conduct assessments of current programs, support feedback mechanisms, and collect data to pinpoint opportunities for improving implementation (particularly concerning workflows and SOPs).
• Assist with Program Operations Feasibility Tests to facilitate LFA’s programmatic growth and expansion.
• Provide retrospective support for Program Implementation and Program Operations-specific retrospectives following program milestones by creating templates, assisting with notetaking, and tracking team commitments through project management platforms.
• Manage task assignments in Campground (Program CRM and LMS platform).
• Oversee the task completion of Host Site Supervisors and Member transitions—from recruitment to onboarding, orientation, and throughout their service duration.
• Support program closure activities, including developing "Member Exit" project boards and reviewing and organizing final documentation (e.g., Member SOS content).
• Stay updated on tools and best practices for process enhancements, including automation and AI.
• Collaborate with Monitoring & Evaluation and Program Coordinators on tasks and logistics associated with data collection, data quality, data monitoring, and grant compliance.
• Understand and assist with compliance related to evaluation and audit requirements, as well as programmatic needs, in support of the Director of Program Operations and the Compliance and Grant Manager.
• Coordinate with Marketing & Communications, Program Coordinators, and Team Leads to gather member service highlights and pipeline information via internal platforms (Slack, site visits) for both internal Member communication and external stakeholder communication (e.g., Host Sites, marketing).
• 2–5 years of experience in NGOs, government bodies, philanthropic organizations, or corporations, with relevant expertise in program management, data analysis, process development, and program operations support.
• Proven teamwork abilities—experience working both independently and collaboratively in-person and remotely, proactively seeking and clarifying duties and expectations.
• Knowledge of operational and project management—strong foundational understanding of building systems, processes, and tools that facilitate high-quality program implementation.
• Strong problem-solving and feedback orientation—constantly striving for excellence and improvement by identifying implementation challenges, gathering feedback, discovering innovative solutions, and testing them collaboratively and effectively.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven—comfortable working with numerical data for various tasks, including budget support, monitoring performance and progress against goals, and preparing data analysis to inform senior leadership decisions, contributing to a culture of accountability and learning.
• Clear and confident communicator—excellent at conveying expectations, timelines, and next steps with clarity and professionalism.
• Cross-functional collaborator—works effectively across functions and departments (e.g., Program Design, Recruitment & Selection, Finance, Marketing & Communications, Development), aligning resources and information to support program success.

• Salary Range: $50,000-$65,000
