Program Manager/Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable partner and main contact for enterprise clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Cultivate robust relationships with multinational, multi-billion-dollar companies through professionalism, effective communication, accountability, and consistent execution.

• Confidently lead customer-facing meetings, presentations, executive updates, and project reviews with clarity.

• Experience in coordinating with distributed global teams across various time zones.

• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.

• Oversee project execution from kickoff through deployment and post-launch stabilization.

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and meet customer expectations and business objectives.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful execution.

• Foster accountability among internal and external stakeholders to guarantee timely delivery, issue resolution, and positive customer outcomes.

• Monitor project risks, dependencies, action items, and deliverables while proactively identifying solutions and mitigation strategies.

• Adjust project plans and priorities as business requirements and customer needs develop.

• Maintain consistent, professional communication with internal leadership teams and external customer stakeholders.

• Prepare and deliver project status reports, executive summaries, timelines, and risk assessments.

• Facilitate project meetings, drive action items, and sustain momentum across teams and stakeholders.

• Build alignment and trust across departments, customers, and executive leadership.

• Ensure project documentation, deliverables, and communications are organized, precise, and accessible.

• Keep a strong focus on customer satisfaction, execution quality, and continuous improvement.

• Support process optimization and operational efficiencies through modern tools, automation, and AI-enabled workflows where suitable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project/program management, client services, program management, account management, or a customer-facing delivery role.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale customer initiatives and delivering projects in high-paced environments.

• Strong executive presence with effective communication skills for interacting with customers, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Exceptional presentation, organizational, analytical, and relationship management abilities.

• Proven capability to build trust and credibility with enterprise-level customers and stakeholders.

• Experience in creating and managing project plans, timelines, deliverables, and status reporting.

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting swiftly to evolving business needs.

• Demonstrated knowledge or eagerness to learn about modern AI tools and platforms (e.g., Copilot, OpenAI, Claude, automation, analytics, and workflow optimization technologies) to enhance project delivery and enable communication.

• Experience in consultative sales, SaaS, hospitality, restaurant technology, digital commerce, or enterprise software environments is advantageous.

• Agile/Scrum experience is preferred but not mandatory.
