This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Workforce Planning operational calendar, which includes planning cycles, governance forums, SteerCo meetings, executive reporting, and quarterly organizational health assessments.
• Facilitate the delivery across all workstreams by monitoring plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and actions.
• Oversee the Enablement & Adoption operational model along with its delivery framework.
• Question ambiguous scope, timelines, ownership, and dependencies; escalate significant risks with suggested alternatives.
• Organize, schedule, route, and distribute approved insights and materials related to Workforce Planning.
• Manage Talent Acquisition as a scalable distribution channel for Workforce Planning content.
• Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, standards, self-service resources, and enablement materials.
• Coordinate training and educational sessions while tracking the adoption of tools, outputs, and processes.
• Compile recurring executive materials using information provided by relevant workstream leaders.
• Collaborate with People Analytics and People Technology on tools, reporting, and delivery infrastructure.
• Keep thorough documentation of decisions, ownership, processes, and operational methods.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, business operations, planning operations, or strategy and operations.
• Robust project management capabilities, enabling the management of multiple interconnected workstreams.
• Proficiency in crafting clear plans, timelines, ownership, and operational rhythms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including experience in preparing materials for senior leadership.
• Competency in identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and obstacles.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-up.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively across teams in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort in utilizing data and feedback to monitor delivery and adoption.
• Proven capability to leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to streamline operational workflows, documentation, reporting, and knowledge management.
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize employee experience as a product, with a proven track record of applying product management principles.
• This position is not available in Zone 1.
• US Zone 2: $143,800 – $194,600 USD.
• US Zone 3: $127,800 – $173,000 USD.
