
Program Manager – Workforce Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the Workforce Planning operating calendar, managing planning cycles, governance forums, SteerCo meetings, executive reporting, and quarterly organizational health assessments.
• Facilitate the execution across all workstreams by monitoring plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and actions.
• Oversee the Enablement & Adoption operating model along with its delivery infrastructure.
• Question ambiguous scope, timelines, ownership, and dependencies; escalate significant risks while providing recommended solutions.
• Compile, schedule, distribute, and route approved Workforce Planning insights and materials.
• Manage Talent Acquisition as a scalable distribution channel for Workforce Planning content.
• Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, standards, self-service resources, and enablement materials.
• Organize training and educational sessions, tracking the adoption of tools, outputs, and processes.
• Create recurring executive materials utilizing content supplied by relevant workstream leaders.
• Collaborate with People Analytics and People Technology regarding tooling, reporting, and delivery infrastructure.
• Ensure thorough documentation of decisions, ownership, processes, and operational methodologies.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, business operations, planning operations, or strategy and operations.
• Exceptional project management abilities, with the capacity to oversee multiple interconnected workstreams.
• Skill in crafting clear plans, timelines, ownership assignments, and operational rhythms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in preparing materials for senior leadership.
• Capability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers effectively.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with consistent follow-through.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across teams in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort in utilizing data and feedback to monitor delivery and adoption.
• Proven ability to employ automation and AI-enabled tools to streamline operational workflows, documentation, reporting, and knowledge management.
• Demonstrated capability to conceptualize the employee experience as a product, with a track record of applying product management principles (roadmapping, user journeys, feature prioritization) to HR initiatives.
• Proficiency in utilizing design thinking methodologies to deeply understand employee needs, quickly prototype experience solutions, and implement data-driven iteration cycles that significantly improve engagement and retention.
