This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Capable of implementing a comprehensive testing strategy across various legacy and acquired systems.

• Expertise in Data Reconciliation & Validation: Strong proficiency in verifying data from diverse teams within the organization, including mapping, transformation logic, reconciliation reports, and maintaining data integrity between legacy and new systems.

• System Integration Testing: Extensive knowledge of integration testing encompassing APIs, middleware, and interfaces among HRIS, ERP, finance, and identity management systems.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Proven experience working with HR, IT, Finance, Security, and external vendors to ensure testing alignment across business processes, data governance, and system interdependencies.

• Defect and Issue Management: High-level proficiency in managing intricate defect cycles, conducting root-cause analysis, and tracking resolutions using enterprise tools.

• Change & Cutover Readiness Testing: Skilled in simulating post-integration scenarios and validating readiness for go-live across multiple business units.

• Automation and Regression Testing Design: Expertise in developing automated regression suites to facilitate ongoing releases and stabilize platforms post-merger.

• Compliance and Security Testing: Awareness of compliance issues and experience in validating access controls, PII security, and audit preparedness.

• Reporting and Analytics Validation: Ability to test analytics, dashboards, and KPI accuracy across integrated data warehouses and business intelligence tools.

• Executive-Level Communication and Risk Reporting: Demonstrated ability to summarize testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and mitigation strategies for a substantial team of executive stakeholders and program governance groups.

• Develop and document the test approach and delivery plan for multiple workstreams within a large program.

• Ensure all testing phases meet appropriate entry and exit criteria, with clearly defined expectations for obtaining sign-off before going live.

• Monitor and communicate the status and progress of each testing phase to stakeholders across the organization, including senior executive leadership.

• Establish a structured approach to test defect management and incident reporting, including standardizing defect logging procedures and deriving metrics/KPIs.

• Lead defect triage meetings as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in project/program management, focusing on planning, defining, and documenting testing progress.

• Strong background in test strategy development and crafting detailed test plans within a large enterprise environment.

• Familiarity with testing tools and systems such as Jira Zephyr or similar platforms.

• Required experience with Jira, Confluence, and SmartSheet.

• Necessary experience in data testing, system integration, and support.

• Exceptional attention to detail, reflected in both test plan documentation and program communications.

• Proficient in MS PowerPoint for creating and delivering executive-level presentations.

• Ability to extract and clarify key requirements from discussions and independently investigate information for comprehensive understanding and articulation.

• Capability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy.

• Expert in transitioning between tasks and prioritizing business needs; adaptable to change.

• Knowledge of test automation tools and their implementation processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with systems integration and data testing as outlined above is essential.
