This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct software delivery programs to ensure they are aligned with the organizational strategy and business goals.

• Collaborate with technology stakeholders to establish program objectives, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps.

• Manage cross-project dependencies, risks, timelines, and priorities to facilitate seamless end-to-end delivery.

• Create and uphold governance, reporting, and communication frameworks that are scalable across various teams and audiences.

• Foster collaboration and decision-making among engineering, product, design, and business teams throughout the delivery process.

• Proactively identify and address risks, issues, and blockers by raising concerns early and implementing resolution plans.

• Ensure consistent and practical application of delivery methodologies, including Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models.

• Enable executive and cross-functional decision-making with clear insights, reporting, metrics, and recommendations.

• Advocate for continuous improvement in delivery practices, tools, operational processes, and team collaboration.

• Assist in resource planning, capacity management, and prioritization tasks across various programs and teams.

• Perform additional duties as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software delivery, program management, or similar technology leadership roles.

• At least 3 years of experience managing multiple simultaneous software delivery initiatives or programs.

• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional software programs from initiation through to delivery.

• Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

• Experience within enterprise-scale or SaaS technology environments is essential.

• PMP, SAFe, or equivalent program/project management certification is preferred.

• A strong understanding of Agile frameworks and scaling methodologies (e.g., SAFe, LeSS), with the ability to apply them suitably based on team and organizational needs.

• Solid knowledge of contemporary software engineering and product delivery practices.

• Strong resource management abilities, including forecasting, capacity planning, prioritization, and tradeoff analysis.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with effective communication capabilities across executive, product, and engineering audiences.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to create concise status updates, risk summaries, and decision-support materials.

• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to convert ambiguity into structured, actionable delivery plans.

• Familiarity with modern delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Linear, Confluence) and an understanding of how these tools facilitate effective delivery practices.

• Proven ability to identify, raise, and resolve risks before they escalate into delivery issues.

• A demonstrated sense of ownership in your work, taking on challenges, recognizing growth opportunities, and exhibiting patience when learning new processes.

• Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in collaboration with colleagues and other stakeholders.
