This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and cultivate client relationships, with assistance from the Program Director, to guarantee client satisfaction and effective service delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to devise project strategies and create implementation plans.
• Ensure that program requirements and deliverables are achieved.
• Supervise contracts, assigned products/services, special projects, timelines, risks, issues, and the overall progress of the program.
• Prepare, review, and maintain client deliverables, status reports, program documentation, and communications.
• Track and report progress toward business objectives, budget expectations, revenue targets, milestones, and commitments to leadership.
• Identify and address significant issues that may affect program productivity.
• Assist in developing solutions that may lead to additional or unique project outcomes.
• Offer leadership, guidance, and work direction to junior personnel as required.
• Oversee and manage the delivery of services to Government clients in compliance with client contract requirements.
• Manage overall contract profit and loss, and support scope expansion, sales, and implementations.
• Monitor strategic corporate initiatives tied to specific account goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal Operations and IT teams.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of applicable work experience without a bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in advanced Excel, including the use of formulas and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications.
• Experience with State Medicaid, Third Party Liability, or Program Integrity is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to quickly switch between tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills.
• Capability to manage medium-sized projects and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Leadership abilities to train, guide, and mentor less experienced staff.
• Potential availability for after-hours work.
• Ability to work during Eastern or Central time zone hours.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 10%.
