Program Manager, Provider Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and manage the standard provider lifecycle, encompassing sourcing, onboarding, activation, QBR, and renewal, complete with stage gates, ownership, and SLAs.

• Develop and uphold the provider tiering framework that determines provider classification, benefits, and expectations.

• Design scalable systems, including templates, playbooks, self-service onboarding, and automated communications for providers.

• Implement program-wide initiatives such as re-papering all providers, launching tiers, and distributing compliance attestations.

• Manage MPEAP and verified/certified provider tracks from the intake criteria through to ongoing management.

• Ensure a compliant cadence for SLAs, attestations, and provider obligations that can be audited.

• Conduct team reviews, reporting, and maintain the operational cadence.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Security teams to remove obstacles for providers and enhance program offerings.

• Proven experience in developing and managing programs or strategies within a large, intricate organization.

• Capability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.

• Highly organized systems thinker adept at transforming recurring tasks into repeatable, automatable processes.

• Experience managing cross-functional operations involving Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Security.

• Ability to drive projects to completion without formal authority.

• Strong sense of ownership, high agency, and a bias towards execution.

• Capacity to work quickly and excel in a small, dynamic team with shifting boundaries.

• Excellent written communication skills for producing clear documents, playbooks, and communications.

• Familiarity with the AI ecosystem, model labs, and inference providers is a plus.
