This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversees the comprehensive implementation of a new case management system, which includes planning, gathering requirements, designing processes, supervising configuration, engaging stakeholders, testing, deploying, and optimizing post-implementation.
• Establishes the program's structure, governance framework, timelines, milestones, and success metrics for the case management system initiative.
• Collaborates with business leaders, IT departments, and vendors to ensure system capabilities align with operational requirements and strategic objectives.
• Recognizes opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and best practices to improve system efficiency.
• Directs and supports multiple simultaneous business and technology projects and initiatives, ensuring proper prioritization, resource alignment, and timely delivery.
• Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports across various initiatives.
• Works alongside IT leadership to facilitate the execution of the broader technology roadmap and manage cross-functional project dependencies.
• Manages software implementation, enhancements, and lifecycle management for the current case management system and other business applications.
• Oversees the enhancement request process by prioritizing requests, gathering stakeholder feedback, and ensuring completion.
• Creates and maintains business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
• Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to guarantee clear communication and successful project delivery.
• Coordinates and leads user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality and business readiness meet expectations.
• Manages change management processes, including developing communication plans, training, and strategies for user adoption.
• Assists in the creation and upkeep of training materials, system documentation, and user manuals.
• Monitors program and project performance, proactively identifying risks and developing implementation migration strategies.
• Promotes team cohesion by consistently exhibiting diplomatic, professional, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Rigorously adheres to company confidentiality policies and procedures, safeguarding sensitive information at all times.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in project and/or program management, particularly with software or IT initiatives.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects or programs, including prioritization and resource coordination.
• Strong background working with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP certification is not required).
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Experience in coordinating and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
• Capability to perform processing duties with minimal supervision.
• High level of professionalism and personal presence.
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally while providing exceptional service, both internally and externally, at all times.
