Program Manager, Partner Events – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the daily operations of the partner program, including the coordination of onboarding processes, content review routing, and enablement requests.

• Maintain documentation for the program, monitor engagement models, and assist with updates to the support framework.

• Facilitate logistics for program launches and handle partner communications related to benefits, requirements, and system modifications.

• Assist with go-to-market strategies, track co-selling incentives, and manage requests for the Marketing Development Fund.

• Synchronize launch schedules with the Product Marketing and Web teams.

• Manage partner communications and uphold service level agreements for the CER alias.

• Oversee the administration of partnership agreements, NDAs, annual program refreshes, and compliance audits for partners.

• Design and execute industry events led by Google, partners, and third parties.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

• Manage event budgets, negotiate and finalize vendor contracts, and monitor expenses against the budget.

• Perform additional relevant tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

• Extensive experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the SaaS or hardware sectors.

• Demonstrated success in developing and delivering training or enablement initiatives.

• Proficient in CRM software, such as Salesforce or comparable tools.

• Strong knowledge of the Google Cloud or Chrome Enterprise ecosystem.
