This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the PowerUP Training Programs
• Direct the execution and ongoing enhancement of PowerUP training initiatives, curricula, and educational materials.
• Update Operational Excellence training by integrating practical GenAI, automation, and the most recent agentic concepts in ways that are practical, applicable, and results-oriented.
• Ensure that PowerUP content is aligned with Experian's strategic priorities and supports measurable capability and performance outcomes.
• Utilize data-driven insights to assess training effectiveness and guide program improvements.
• Employ AI-enabled tools and digital learning solutions to enhance scalability, personalization, and learner engagement.
• Collaborate with global and regional partners to align PowerUP with enterprise learning strategies and significant events.
• Collect participant feedback, evaluate learning impact, and refine content and delivery methods based on outcomes and requirements.
• Facilitate Capability Building
• Conduct engaging, high-impact PowerUP training sessions across various formats, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning experiences.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by equipping employees with practical tools, methods, and applied problem-solving skills.
• Create a premium learner experience that embodies Experian's standards and the PowerUP brand.
• Remain updated on leading practices in Operational Excellence, adult learning, GenAI, and enablement, and thoughtfully incorporate those insights into training delivery.
• Support Certification Journeys
• Mentor PowerUP candidates throughout their certification pathway.
• Assess and evaluate CPI/LSS projects to ensure comprehension of PowerUP standards and business impact.
• Offer clear, constructive feedback to enhance problem-solving capabilities and project outcomes.
• Promote a culture of accountability, learning, and innovation through coaching and reinforcement.
• 7+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, transformation, capability building, training, or related fields.
• Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Master Black Belt is preferred).
• Proven experience in coaching candidates through LSS projects and certification processes.
• Experience in developing or promoting learning programs within global and matrixed organizations.
• Expertise in designing and enhancing training curricula, learning journeys, workshop content, and facilitator materials.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse, cross-functional audiences.
• Experience in translating complex technical concepts into practical, applicable learning experiences.
• Data-driven mindset with a background in measuring training effectiveness.
• Familiarity with AI and its application in learning and development, with the capacity to utilize the latest tools to improve training delivery and outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
