This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for project planning and program-level management, overseeing scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and profitable completion of work;

• Plays a key role in designing concepts and supervising all project aspects, including reviewing the interdisciplinary team's work to secure and effectively manage projects through demonstrated technical and managerial expertise.

• Perform complex tasks independently and train others on new systems or services.

• Utilize organizational and management skills to tackle unique and intricate projects, effectively diagnosing issues, formulating action plans, and executing solutions to resolve problems appropriately.

• Generate precise monthly billings and revenue recognition through timely invoice approvals and updates to project plans.

• Prepare and deliver progress updates, forecasts, and budget reports to leadership.

• Ensure compliance with work and contract terms, maintaining project files, attending meetings, conducting periodic team meetings, and fostering positive client relationships.

• Manage accounts receivable at both project and program levels.

• Operate independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating success in similar program responsibilities.

• Assist in the development of proposals and contracts by outlining project approaches, service scopes, and budgets based on previous project experiences and historical budgeting data, while also engaging in client interviews on project management topics.

• This includes negotiating project fees for specific scopes, reviewing and approving proposal documents, and securing authorized signatures on contracts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an engineering curriculum accredited by the Accreditation for Engineering and Technology (A.E.T.).

• A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in design and commissioning, managing projects independently with a comprehensive understanding of building systems operations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication capabilities are essential.

• Relevant software proficiency (MS Office Suite, CxAlloy, Procore, AutoCAD/REVIT).

• Licensed Professional Engineer.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% nationally.

• Commissioning Certification.

• Familiarity with Deltek Vision/VantagePoint project management software.

• Experience in people management with direct supervisory responsibilities.
