This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Manage extensive, cross-functional projects that support the implementation, ongoing operations, and process enhancements of the Gold Card program, collaborating with organizational leaders on team restructuring and realignment as necessary.
• Supervise all elements of program planning and execution, including scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and resource alignment, ensuring compliance with project management standards.
• Propel complex initiatives by coordinating and overseeing the work of project managers and business analysts across various workstreams (e.g., Operations, Finance, Benefit Operations, Analytics, Configuration, Regulatory).
• Provide shared operational support for National and regulatory Gold Card programs, managing daily activities across analytics, configuration, operations, and other related teams.
• Maintain centralized data for the Gold Card program, monitoring inputs, documentation, and regulatory artifacts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for program utilization, audits, and executive review.
• Establish and uphold operational processes, templates, and reference materials to guarantee standardization and accessibility for all pertinent stakeholders.
• Aid in annual reassessment cycles and ongoing audit activities through timely coordination of data, documentation, and cross-functional contributions.
• Create and sustain reliable tracking mechanisms to offer visibility into ongoing work across Gold Card initiatives.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and status reports that effectively communicate program health, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to create reports and dashboards that facilitate ongoing monitoring, performance evaluation, and post-implementation insights.
• Proactively manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and budget forecasts across Gold Card initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for program risks and issues; engage directly with project teams to resolve challenges and formulate risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present well-structured materials for Program Steering Committees and executive leadership, including risk assessments, decision points, and progress updates.
• Communicate business and operational impacts, regulatory considerations, and proposed solutions effectively to senior leaders.
• Develop and deliver best-practice guidance and program training to indirect reports, peers, and stakeholders, as needed.
• Collaborate with training teams to create, review, and maintain Gold Card-specific training materials to ensure operational readiness and continued adoption.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of Program or Project Management experience is required.
• Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects, or supervisory experience, including hiring, training, assigning work, and managing staff performance is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools is required.
• Healthcare experience and/or managed care experience is preferred.
