This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

β’ Oversee comprehensive commercial governance, including vendor approvals and compliance with preferred terms.

β’ Significant experience in executive search operations, vendor management, or leading executive recruitment programs.
β’ Demonstrated success in driving accountability for delivery performance.
β’ Strong commercial and financial insight, including experience with budget management, contracts, and vendor expenditures.
β’ Advanced analytical skills with experience in developing dashboards and converting recruitment data into actionable insights.
β’ Capability to influence senior stakeholders through well-structured recommendations, data insights, and clear decision-making frameworks.
