This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Develop and communicate program goals, objectives, and milestones that align with the organization's strategies.

• Create detailed program plans, encompassing timelines, budgets, resource needs, and change management aspects.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to collect requirements, convey program objectives, and manage expectations.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to encourage support and collaboration throughout the program's lifecycle.

• Identify areas for process enhancement and efficiency improvements within the program.

• Regularly meet and communicate with stakeholders to ensure transparency regarding program status, challenges, and decisions.

• Carry out additional job responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant work experience.

• Home Health Coding Certification (HCS-D or BCHH-C).

• Oasis Certification (COS-C or HCS-O).

• Clinical Licensure (RN, LPN, PT/PTA, OT/COTA, SLP).
