This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and implement the integration governance framework: decision-making rights, escalation procedures, RAID log, and status rhythms.
• Facilitate connections among workstreams (pre-application, marketing channels, operations, technology) to ensure seamless collaboration across organizations.
• Proactively assess operational and compliance risks specific to a new-to-acquirer use case.
• Monitor issues that span organizational boundaries and drive resolutions before they impede the program.
• Identify gaps before they escalate into misalignments.
• Ensure a consistent narrative across both organizations at various levels, from working teams to senior stakeholders.
• Design with scalability in mind, rather than focusing solely on launch.
• Oversee the operational readiness framework for account opening, loan servicing, and operational handoffs.
• Collaborate closely with the technical project manager.
• Proven experience in managing complex, multi-party integration programs within large financial services organizations.
• Knowledge of banking operations, including account opening, loan processing, or related fields.
• Demonstrated orientation towards operations and/or risk management (beyond just delivery tracking).
• Sufficient technical knowledge to engage in architectural discussions and comprehend dependency chains.
• Outstanding organizational abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
• Comfort in navigating uncertainty; skilled at creating structure in chaotic environments.
• Previous experience in a merger/acquisition integration setting (strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with personal loans products, including originations, pre-application processes, and marketing channel integrations (strongly preferred).
• Experience in finance business partnering (budgets, resource tracking, reporting) (strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of building governance frameworks from the ground up, rather than merely inheriting existing ones (strongly preferred).
