Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate enterprise Oracle PLM and FoodChain ID implementation projects from inception to successful completion.

• Act as the primary executive contact for international clients, facilitating governance meetings, steering committees, and strategic communications.

• Supervise program scope, timelines, budgets, forecasting, financial performance, and resource allocation across various workstreams.

• Lead cross-functional teams comprising Project Managers, Consultants, Technical Leads, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales.

• Actively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while ensuring top-notch delivery and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to discover growth opportunities and enhance long-term client partnerships.

• Advocate for PMO best practices, coaching project managers and promoting continuous improvement within the consulting organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience leading enterprise software implementation projects in consulting or professional services.

• More than 5 years managing complex enterprise programs involving multiple simultaneous projects.

• Proven track record in delivering Oracle PLM implementations or similar enterprise transformation initiatives.

• Strong executive presence with outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship capabilities.

• Established financial management expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and program governance.

• Experience leading geographically dispersed, cross-functional delivery teams.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
