This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Oversee multiple, interconnected projects that support the DNA identity and access management program.
• Create and sustain program plans, roadmaps, and governance frameworks that align with DNA priorities.
• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies; ensure the timely delivery of program results.
• Provide stakeholders with regular status updates, emphasizing risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Enhance and scale role-based access controls (RBAC) across DNA systems and products.
• Coordinate and lead access certification processes for applications within the scope.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define clear access ownership and accountability.
• Improve program maturity by systematically identifying and mitigating excessive or outdated access to decrease overall risk exposure.
• Advance and optimize joiner, mover, leaver (JML) processes across DNA platforms for improved operational efficiency and program effectiveness.
• Work with IT and engineering teams to refine provisioning workflows.
• Monitor and report on access request volumes, cycle times, and service performance metrics.
• Assist in the implementation of automation and service enhancements to lessen manual workload.
• Facilitate the rollout and adoption of MFA and SSO across DNA products and systems.
• Drive continuous optimization of authentication processes and controls in collaboration with cybersecurity teams to boost operational effectiveness.
• Enhance visibility into privileged and service accounts within DNA environments.
• Contribute to roadmap planning for incremental improvements in identity security.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Cybersecurity teams to align access requirements.
• Help resolve issues and eliminate barriers affecting program delivery.
• Ensure consistent communication and alignment among stakeholders.
• 5–8+ years of experience in program or project management within technology or data environments.
• Experience in supporting identity, access management, or security-related initiatives.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts such as RBAC, MFA, SSO, and provisioning.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
