Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +20 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement successful integrations with partners.

• Gain a thorough understanding of customers' operations to deliver optimal value.

• Develop comprehensive and actionable implementation plans for deployment processes.

• Establish trusted relationships with partners’ project management, store teams, and executives.

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Afresh's teams to manage the deployment process.

• Document insights and best practices for future deployments.

• Identify and execute strategies to enhance Afresh processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing client relationships.

• At least 3 years of experience in product implementations/deployments, preferably SaaS.

• Proven ability to successfully drive projects to completion.

• Experience in the grocery or retail industry is preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in working with AI models such as Claude, Codex, Replit, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with SQL, Excel, Looker, or other dashboarding tools is preferred.

• Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
