This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Program Manager - Academic Transformation facilitates the effective implementation of intricate educational transformation projects by overseeing daily program operations, coordinating workstreams, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• This position collaborates closely with Directors, internal management teams, and client stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable steps, track progress, manage risks, and foster sustainable improvements in academic outcomes.
• The Program Manager is essential in maintaining program momentum, driving accountability, and ensuring coherence across teams, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee the daily execution of Academic Transformation programs, ensuring that milestones, deliverables, and timelines are achieved.
• Create and sustain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and trackers across various workstreams.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, and risks; proactively identify issues and facilitate timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal management teams, client stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Act as the main point of contact for program logistics, coordination, and status updates.
• Assist in preparing and facilitating client meetings, working sessions, and executive briefings.
• A Bachelor's degree is required in education, public policy, business, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in program or project management, ideally within educational, consulting, or public-sector settings.
• Proven experience in supporting complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with various workstreams.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in effectively managing competing priorities.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet and/or Asana, including dashboards, trackers, and reporting functionalities.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing materials suitable for executive-level presentations.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and independently in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Occasional travel to client sites may be necessary.
