This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Program Leader Network Manager and International Staff to coordinate recruitment efforts; oversee applicant communications, schedule interviews, assist in candidate screening and selection processes, and work alongside Human Resources to streamline onboarding and hiring.
• Manage onboarding communications and resources for newly appointed Program Leaders; keep Canvas training courses updated, organize virtual training sessions, and confirm completion to ensure Program Leaders are ready for program delivery.
• Organize travel logistics, flight arrangements, and travel communications for Program Leaders and chaperones.
• Maintain consistent communication with current and former Program Leaders through engagement initiatives; assist with referral programs, alumni outreach, recognition efforts, and community-building activities that enhance the Program Leader network.
• Collaborate with Sales and other internal stakeholders to support student recruitment initiatives, Program Leader referrals, educator outreach, and effective program delivery through strategic communication and coordination.
• Facilitate Program Leader evaluation processes by administering surveys, compiling feedback, maintaining performance records, and aiding in data collection and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of Program Leader, applicant, and alumni records within Salesforce and other systems; generate reports, track recruitment, training, staffing, and engagement metrics, assist with documentation and workflow enhancements, and guarantee data integrity across Program Leader operations.
• Engage in annual in-person trainings and continuous professional development; provide operational assistance during summer travel weekends and peak program periods, which may include occasional evening, weekend, and travel responsibilities as necessary; carry out additional duties as assigned.
• A bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of one year of professional experience in recruitment, customer service, human resources, program coordination, education, sales, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with diverse audiences.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM or database systems; familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
• Experience with learning management systems such as Canvas is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• International travel or study abroad experience is preferred.
