📋 Description

• Designing and managing scalable customer experience (CX) operations

• Leading the Project Management Office (PMO) for CX

• Promoting change management and ongoing improvement

• Serving as a link between strategic goals and frontline execution

• Creating feedback mechanisms that encourage a culture of radical honesty and psychological safety
