Program Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Facilitates the enrollment process with the individual served and their support network in an efficient manner.

• Ensures that all enrollment documentation is thorough and precise.

• Suggests enhancements to internal processes and systems to mitigate future challenges and improve service delivery.

• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA regulations.

• Supports the company's values and mission.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field.

• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.

• Proficient in personal computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.

• Understanding of principles and processes for delivering customer service.

• Strong capability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures and systems, including word processing, file management, and terminology.

• Must possess or be willing to obtain a Notary Public license.
