This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the current team that manages operations for Specialty Services programs.
• Direct the team’s initiatives in creating project plans for the business owner and collaborate with Finance and the respective client to manage the department’s financial data, including budget oversight.
• Handle daily client relations and management.
• Engage in both strategic and tactical planning sessions.
• Provide recommendations for the formulation of long-term strategies.
• Present both strategic and operational plans aimed at developing key business units, ensuring ongoing growth, and maintaining the company’s profitability.
• Act as the primary lead in establishing and ensuring proper implementation of account management practices.
• Assess and formulate improvement plans for the management and operations of Specialty Services.
• Lead the creation of proposals, contracts, client presentations, and pricing strategies.
• Develop business plans, objectives, and implementation strategies for integrated programs within Specialty Services, including process flows, organizational structure, budget, resource allocation, and tracking of productivity and improvements.
• Oversee talent management, team motivation, and strategies for career development.
• Ensure that all adverse events are reported to the appropriate departments.
• A university degree in a relevant field.
• Comprehensive knowledge and training in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, or related fields.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience is required.
• At least five (5) years in a progressively responsible management role.
• Required experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• General understanding of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, database elements and functionalities, as well as operational policies and processes.
• Awareness of technology trends and their strategic business impacts on key client initiatives.
• A dynamic leader capable of motivating multidisciplinary teams to learn and implement new skills and techniques to fulfill business requirements.
• Knowledge of full-service call center program operations is an advantage.
