This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Assist in the planning and execution of IFD sessions and Purpose Design sessions that emphasize identity exploration, worldview development, and life mission framing.
• Aid facilitators in fostering productive and engaging learning environments.
• Observe participant interactions to identify opportunities for enhancing engagement.
• Cultivate strong relationships with participants throughout their journey with the client.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact and support.
• Communicate thoughtfully, adjusting your approach based on individual needs and contexts.
• Conduct research to enhance facilitation practices and improve participant experiences.
• Participate in team discussions regarding ideas and enhancements to current frameworks and methodologies.
• Capture important insights, monitor participant progress, and maintain organized documentation.
• Assist with internal coordination across various initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine curiosity about people, behavior, and human development.
• Emotional intelligence and the ability to thoughtfully engage with diverse perspectives.
• Proactive attitude and a readiness to take ownership of tasks.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Currently pursuing or have completed studies in psychology, sociology, education, organizational behavior, business, philosophy, or related fields.
• Experience in facilitation, mentoring, education, coaching, research, community work, or similar roles focused on people is a plus.
• Practical experience in facilitating and supporting transformative learning experiences.
