This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Act as the main contact for each group from their arrival until their departure.
β’ Facilitate and involve participants in business meetings, cultural excursions, and local experiences.
β’ Organize logistics including transportation, meeting confirmations, and dining plans.
β’ Promptly tackle and resolve any unforeseen issues to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
β’ Certified Tour Guide: Hold a valid tour guide license.
β’ Passion for New York and The United States: Eager to share the distinct history, culture, and local insights of the destination with international visitors.
β’ In-depth Local Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the area's demographics, economy, business landscape, culture, and neighborhoods.
β’ Fluent English Communication: Strong verbal skills to effectively engage with an international audience.
β’ Excellent Time Management: Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
β’ Group Leadership Skills: Self-assured in leading groups using both public and private transportation.
β’ Client-focused Approach: Dedicated to providing exceptional client satisfaction.
