This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.
• Oversee the daily operations and administration of support programs in line with established protocols.
• Assist the partner physician team with the patient application process by ensuring all necessary documents are completed and that eligible patients are enrolled in the program without delay.
• Reach out to patients to ensure adherence to program guidelines, while offering emotional support, resource referrals, and basic information about their conditions as needed.
• Elevate patient voices by gathering and sharing testimonials from patients and stakeholders.
• Report any known adverse events affecting patients within 24 hours, following program protocols and including all pertinent source documents.
• Diligently update and maintain database records in a timely manner.
• Proactively communicate updates on program progress and developments to the program officer.
• Assist the senior team in creating reports and monitoring progress.
• Maintain professional communication (including face-to-face interactions) with patients, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of support programs.
• Aid the clinic in facilitating the importation and customs clearance of donated products.
• Address requests with tact by collecting feedback, identifying issues, and proposing solutions.
• A diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a healthcare-related field; experience in medicine management or supply chain is advantageous.
• Comfortable and proficient in using a computer and phone as primary work tools, with the ability to work independently.
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English and Armenian is required; proficiency in Russian is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Responsible for executing duties independently and in a timely manner.
• Willingness to work on weekends to support patients as required.
• Must have personal transportation.
• No relocation assistance is provided.
