Business Analyst – Pharmacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders (state, pharmacy operations, internal teams) and technical teams.

• Facilitate end-to-end delivery by partnering with cross-functional teams to validate and implement system maintenance requests.

• Create and execute test plans as well as test cases.

• Verify system functionality and conduct post-implementation assessments to ensure solutions align with business objectives.

• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, proactively collaborating with the team to drive resolutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in Medicaid or Pharmacy.

• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and system configuration updates.

• A strong ownership mindset with the capability to manage assigned tasks independently and fulfill commitments.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across both business and technical teams.
