πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist a team of Clinical Terminologists on a Federal Healthcare IT initiative.

β€’ Collaborate with Terminologists and Clinicians to create and develop Power BI dashboards that effectively communicate essential metrics to clients.

β€’ Organize multi-stakeholder virtual meetings that involve Clinicians, Terminologists, and technical/operational teams for effective relationship management.

β€’ Aid in the documentation and implementation of project work instructions, policies, and procedures for client deliverables.

β€’ Design, develop, and enhance MS PowerPoint presentations with visually appealing graphics that convey ideas clearly to all stakeholders.

β€’ Conduct data collection, compile reports and documents, perform research tasks, develop presentations, and maintain file repositories while creating work plans.

β€’ Prepare meeting agendas, ensure the correct participants are present, and track action items to completion.

β€’ Build and sustain a strong rapport with ongoing client and partner organizations.

β€’ Facilitate virtual meetings using MS Teams, which includes scheduling, coordinating, developing agendas, tracking attendance, and managing action items.

β€’ Accurately record minutes for technical and clinical stakeholder meetings.

β€’ Support the development and compilation of project team deliverables (bi-weekly, quarterly, etc.).

β€’ Verify that deliverables comply with (508) Accessibility standards.

β€’ May oversee expense submissions by coordinating with the JPSys Project Manager, JPSys Contracts, and JPSys Finance departments.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

β€’ 2 to 5 years of administrative experience is mandatory for this position.

β€’ Familiarity with data interoperability to effectively gather the necessary data for healthcare IT solutions aimed at planning, analyzing, and assessing the effectiveness of operating programs is advantageous.

β€’ Proactive, quick to learn, detail-oriented, open-minded, and capable of communicating easily with a diverse range of staff.

β€’ Advanced skills in Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint.

β€’ High level of proficiency with Power BI.

β€’ Experience utilizing the MS Teams collaboration platform in a virtual project context.

β€’ Highly organized, systematic, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
