This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Program Management
• Work collaboratively with clients, Account Executives, sales & program management, and various internal departments to develop and sustain the life cycle of ecommerce programs
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of managing programs to fulfill the requirements specified in the Business Requirement Documents and Contracts
• Have extensive knowledge of brand guidelines, marketing strategies, fulfillment, and billing requirements
• Responsible for all client-related calendars (marketing, merchandising, product load/refresh) and managing timeline benchmarks
• Prepare internal and external program reviews on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Address issues, delays, and conflicts among internal departments
• Gather, analyze, and convey all relevant project details, deliverables, and changes to clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage client expectations and communicate project processes, approvals, and timelines
• Oversee and relay changes to existing programs, new initiatives, and marketing efforts to internal staff
• Lead strategy meetings with technology resources to identify and implement the outlined processes
• Understand, analyze, and report findings from sales, inventory, and usage reports to monitor inventory demands, guide informed decisions regarding item and program performance, and optimize established ship complete, inventory turn, and obsolescence goals
• Account Profitability
• Drive the profitability objectives of each program
• Implement long-term sales and marketing strategies to boost overall revenue growth for assigned accounts
• Identify new sales opportunities and engage relevant personnel as necessary
• Collaborate with clients to establish and create precise metrics, sales, and revenue projections to assess the ongoing success of each program
• Operate within program expense budgets, including sample and marketing expenditures
• Manage programs to meet or exceed profitability goals, focusing on reducing inventory, staff expenses, and continuously enhancing the efficiency of internal processes
• Associate's degree required
• At least 3+ years of account or program management experience required
• Prior experience in the promotional products industry
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Positive, professional demeanor and friendly personality in all situations
• Ability to work productively with minimal direct supervision
• Initiative to take action, present ideas, and recommend improvements
