Professional Services Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Overseeing all facets of partner custom onboarding operations, encompassing planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure a successful launch and ongoing operation.

• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

• Contributing to product development and prioritization, driven by feedback and partner requirements.

• Facilitating successful delivery and enhancing processes.

• Creating internal tools and automation solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience as a Technical Solutions Engineer or in a similar role.

• Familiarity with Internet and Mobile (Android and iOS) domains, with technical expertise in areas such as REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and XML.

• Proficient in HTML and JavaScript.

• Experience with AI agents.

• Knowledge of MongoDB.

• Highly skilled in SQL and MS Excel, with the capability to write complex queries.

• Competency in managing and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proactive, inquisitive, team-oriented, motivated, and well-organized.

• Positive attitude - Creative, assertive, and a problem solver.

• Fluent in English.
