Professional Services Delivery Engineer III, Specialty Domain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Automate deployment processes by utilizing tailored templates and modules for customer environments on AWS.

• Design best practices and methodologies for deploying AWS environments.

• Develop automation tools and processes to enhance daily operations.

• Provide education to customers regarding AWS and Rackspace best practices and architectural standards.

• Guarantee the control, integrity, and accessibility of the cloud environment for the enterprise.

• Lead initiatives related to Workload/Workforce Management and Optimization.

• Support Rackers throughout the Cloud Function.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of AWS Products & Services, including Compute, Storage, Security, and Networking.

• Proficient in Python, Linux, and Shell scripting.

• Skilled in using git and managing git workflows.

• Strong working knowledge of either Windows or Linux operating systems.

• Highly proficient in Terraform/IaC, along with CI/CD practices.

• Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes and ELK.

• Familiarity with at least one configuration management system (Chef, Ansible, Puppet).

• Experienced in designing and implementing Greenfield projects utilizing IaaS and PaaS for primary sites and disaster recovery.
