📋 Description

• Design and create intricate, high-impact Virtual Agents utilizing Vonage AI’s no-code Studio.

• Spearhead solution design for demanding customer use cases across both voice and text channels.

• Collaborate with product, solutions, and customer applications teams to develop intelligent and scalable conversations.

• Ensure the quality and consistency of conversation scripts that align with the customer’s brand voice and business objectives.

• Lead the copywriting for new dialogue flows, modify existing content like FAQs and SOPs, and maintain content quality standards.

• Generate and assess prototypes, mockups, and conversation flow diagrams for both internal and client stakeholders.

• Partner with engineering and technical teams to delineate conversation scope, predict user behavior, and tackle complex design challenges.

• Implement process enhancements that boost team efficiency, quality, and delivery predictability.

• Offer feedback, guidance, and mentorship to fellow Conversation Designers.

• Oversee multiple intricate projects and senior stakeholders while retaining a strategic, overarching perspective.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Conversation Design or a related field.

• Native-level proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Outstanding writing, editing, and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to lead and influence in a global, remote team environment.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for intricate workflows and systems.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting and consistently meet deadlines.

• Experience in delivering and publishing multiple Virtual Agents (considered a strong advantage).

• Solid grasp of human–machine interaction principles (considered an advantage).

• Previous experience designing AI-driven conversational systems (considered a significant advantage).
