This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and develop sophisticated, high-impact Virtual Agents utilizing Vonage AI’s no-code Studio.
• Take charge of the solution design for intricate customer use cases across both voice and text channels.
• Collaborate closely with product, solutions, and customer application teams to create intelligent, scalable conversations.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of conversation scripts, aligning them with the customer’s brand voice and business objectives.
• Lead copywriting initiatives for new dialogue flows, modify existing content (FAQs, SOPs), and maintain content quality standards.
• Develop and evaluate prototypes, mockups, and conversation flow diagrams to direct internal and client stakeholders.
• Work alongside engineering and technical teams to define conversation parameters, anticipate user behavior, and tackle complex design issues.
• Propel process enhancements that boost team efficiency, quality, and predictability of delivery.
• Offer feedback, guidance, and mentorship to fellow Conversation Designers.
• Oversee numerous complex projects and senior stakeholders while preserving a strategic, overarching perspective.
• Over 3 years of experience in Conversation Design or a closely related discipline.
• Native-level proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Outstanding writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities with a capacity to lead and influence within a global, remote team.
• Demonstrated capability to rapidly learn and adapt to new systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applicable to complex workflows and systems.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Experience in delivering and publishing multiple Virtual Agents (significant advantage).
• Solid understanding of human-machine interaction principles (preferred).
• Previous experience in designing AI-driven conversational systems (major advantage).
