Professional Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Support clients with the installation, configuration, training, and utilization of Redwood solutions.

• Conduct analysis, scoping, and effort estimation to fulfill customer requirements.

• Offer configuration, architecture, and installation suggestions based on product best practices and client needs.

• Collaborate with other Redwood resources, including Engagement Managers, to update project status, timelines, efforts, and anticipated completion dates.

• Communicate effectively and professionally with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Use supporting materials (such as project plan templates and architecture diagrams) to convey findings and recommendations to customers or internally.

• Travel to customer sites, partner locations, and Redwood Software offices as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in IT Consulting.

• Proficiency in enhancing code using Java, C++, C#/.NET, or other object-oriented programming languages.

• Established expertise in IT Consulting, encompassing training, installation, architecture design, and testing.

• A strong interest in problem-solving and acquiring new technologies.

• Familiarity with or experience in SaaS solutions and integrations.

• Knowledge of one or more Cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).

• Understanding of one or more identity providers (Active Directory, Okta, etc.).

• Knowledge and comprehension of SSO, particularly with SAML providers.

• Understanding of SAP job scheduling or other scheduling solutions (such as Autosys, Control-M).

• Proficient in UNIX, Windows, and Linux at a power user level.

• Experience and understanding of API usage, including REST and SOAP.

• Knowledge of communication protocols, including HTTP, FTP, and SSH.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Excellent time management and task management skills.

• Proven capability to manage and prioritize multiple client projects simultaneously.

• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
